If you purchase a toe splitter on this site, you can cancel the order if the order has not been shipped, and the payment paid by the user will be returned to the original route. We do not accept returns from users if the order has already been shipped. Please purchase carefully.

2. How to cancel an order?

After the order payment is successful, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

Cancellation is supported within 30 minutes, you can cancel the order in the order details. Payments will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 working days after the order is cancelled. The exact timing of your refund depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled as the order has already been processed and the package cannot be returned.

3. What if the product is damaged during transportation?

Sorry, you did not receive the Toe separator in perfect condition, please send your unboxing video and order number to [email protected] and we will arrange a reshipment or a partial refund.

4. What if the product quantity is small?
